You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

The costs for return from your home to us are borne by the customer.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept opened packages.

To make use of this right, you can send your request via the Return form, at the bottom of the site “Returns”.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order, ie in original packaging and unopened.

If we do not receive the product or products of your withdrawal within 14 days of your withdrawal, we will cancel the withdrawal.
